ROCHELLE — Fiesta Hispana returns to downtown Rochelle today from 3 to 11 p.m., featuring a variety of entertainment for all area residents to enjoy. The event includes a Makeup and Costume Contest, plus more. Rochelle Councilwoman Rosaelia Arteaga said they have quite the lineup planned for Saturday.
“We have about four live bands. We have all sorts of activities for children. We have an awesome mechanical bull,” she said. “We have all sorts of games. We have craft vendors, food vendors. We are asking the community, surrounding communities, everybody’s welcome.”
