DIXON – The Dixon Park District will close Hairpin Road in Lowell Park starting today to repair rough sections, with the closure affecting both vehicles and pedestrians. The lower portion of the park will remain open and accessible through the main road, and the district has not set a timeline for when Hairpin Road will reopen.
