STERLING — The Illinois State Police Blackhawk Area Task Force, working with the Lee County Sheriff’s Office and Dixon Police Department, arrested two people in separate narcotics investigations. On September 5th, authorities arrested 47-year-old Ricky C. Griffin Jr. of Dixon for delivery of cocaine and a controlled substance, and 30-year-old Allison R. Dunne of Amboy for delivery of methamphetamine. Dunne remains in custody at the Lee County Jail while Griffin was released with a notice to appear.
