Mohr Capital to Build Distribution Facility in DeKalb for Unnamed Client

DEKALB — Mohr Capital has purchased 147 acres at Peace Road and Fairview Drive to develop a 1 million-square-foot regional distribution facility for an unidentified national client, with the option to expand to 1.5 million square feet. The company signed a 12-year lease with the client, whose name has not been disclosed. The project will serve as a warehouse and distribution hub, with Pepper Construction as general contractor, Willet Hoffman handling civil engineering, Curran Architecture as project architect, and CBRE overseeing development.
