Durbin, Duckworth Seek Navy Briefing on Trump Plan to Station ICE at Great Lakes

WASHINGTON D.C. – Illinois U.S. Senators Dick Durbin and Tammy Duckworth say they have requested a meeting with the Secretary of the Navy to demand information about President Donald Trump’s plan to use Naval Station Great Lakes to house Immigration and Customs Enforcement Officers. Durbin wrote in an X post Wednesday that service members and American taxpayers deserve transparency.
