OREGON — The intersection of Penn Corner Road and Lowell Park Road will be closed to all traffic from Tuesday, August 26, through Friday, September 5, preventing access between the two roads. The Ogle County Highway Department notes that drivers are advised to follow the marked detour during the closure.
