CHICAGO – Attorney General Kwame Raoul has joined several attorneys general in filing two lawsuits against the Trump administration. One lawsuit seeks to block the U.S. Department of Energy from imposing a funding cap on state-run energy programs. The other lawsuit claims that states will be unable to access funds to support crime victims unless they support the administration’s immigration enforcement efforts.
