Byron Street Improvements Project Underway

BYRON — The City of Byron will begin its 2025 Various Streets Improvements project today, with work expected to continue through the end of October, weather permitting. The project will include roadway resurfacing, sidewalk and curb replacements, and some manhole replacements on several streets, including River Drive, South Lincoln, Maple Avenue, Washington Street, Mineral Street, Market Street, Peru Street, and others. Residents may experience temporary traffic delays, lane closures, driveway restrictions, construction noise, dust, and limited on-street parking during the project.
