Packers quarterback Jordan Love went under the knife. The Green Bay signal caller underwent a procedure to repair an injury to a ligament in his left thumb.
Brian Gutekunst, the team’s general manager, told reporters that Love could return to practice as soon as next week.
Love is expected to be ready for the team’s regular season opener on September 7th against the Lions. Love played 15 games last season, throwing for 3,389 yards and 25 touchdowns.
