Lincoln Highway Heritage Festival Returns Friday

ROCHELLE – The 28th annual Lincoln Highway Heritage Festival will be held this coming weekend at Atwood Park in Rochelle due to ongoing construction in the downtown area. The festival will offer live music performances, a car and motorcycle show, dance acts, a parade, family-friendly activities, food vendors, and a beer garden. The parade will continue its traditional route downtown on Sunday. 

Pete Agnos with the festival said carnival wristbands are available early.

“The wristbands for the carnival rides, they are available for all weekend for Friday, Saturday and Sunday, they’re $65 until 3 p.m. on Friday the 15th. After 3 p.m. they become $75, but you can buy those at the ticket booth at the carnival,” he said.
