Morrison Police Department releases July arrest and citation report
MORRISON, Ill. — The Morrison Police Department released the following arrests and citations:
- July 13: Brent W. Elder, 29, of Sterling, was arrested on charges of assault, retail theft and resisting arrest. He was released with a court date.
- June 21: Grace Woo, 40, of Morrison, was arrested on charges of resisting arrest and criminal trespass. She was released with a court date.
- July 28: Joshua D. Barron, 46, of Tampico, was issued two citations for failure to give information after striking an unattended vehicle and improper backing. He was given a court date.
- July 31: David A. Ponce, 58, of Morrison, was arrested on charges of possession of methamphetamine and aggravated battery. He was released with a court date.
The Morrison Police Department also reported issuing six state traffic citations and two city parking citations during the past month.
All subjects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
