OREGON – The Rock River Valley Blood Center will be holding a blood drive today in Oregon. They noted that the need for Type-O Negative is at an all time high. Maggie Anderson, Donor Recruiter with the Rock River Valley Blood Center, said those donors are very important.
“O-negative blood is considered the universal blood type which makes it essential for emergency situations where there is no time to test a patient’s blood type.,” she said.RRVBC will be at The Oregon Church of God between noon and 5 PM.
