Yard Waste and Brush Pickup Resumes in Rochelle on March 17

ROCHELLE – Yard waste recycling and brush pickup will resume in Rochelle on Monday, March 17th. Northern Illinois Disposal will collect yard waste in marked containers or paper bags on regular garbage days, with a limit of 32 gallons and 50 pounds per container. Residents must place yard waste at the curb by 5 a.m. Large brush piles too big for yard waste collection will be picked up monthly by the City of Rochelle Street Division, with brush placed curbside by 7 a.m. on the third Monday of each month through November. Free wood chips are available for residents.
