OGLESBY — The Illinois Department of Natural Resources announced a Valentine’s Day program called Owl You Need is Love will take place Feb. 14 at the Starved Rock State Park visitors center in Oglesby. The event will feature a live animal presentation with ambassador owls led by Northern Illinois Raptor Rehab and Education.
