STILLMAN VALLEY — The Stillman Valley Village Board approved the 2026 Comprehensive Plan last week, which will guide land use and development in the village over the next decade. The plan, finalized with input from Planning and Zoning consultant Harry Adams, who spent approximately 92 hours preparing the document, serves as the official roadmap for future growth and community planning.
