The NFL draft is finally here. Round one kicks off Thursday night from Detroit.
The Bears have the first-overall pick and are essentially guaranteed to select USC star quarterback Caleb Williams.
Chicago also has the 9th pick in the first round.
The Commanders have the second pick and are expected to select LSU gunslinger and Heisman Trophy winner Jayden Daniels.
The Patriots have the third selection and, despite rumors of potentially trading the pick, are likely to take North Carolina quarterback Drake Maye.
QB's going one-two-and-three at the draft has happened only three times in league history.
Most recently, Trevor Lawrence, Zach Wilson and Trey Lance went to the Jaguars, Jets and 49ers in the 2021 draft. Wilson and Lance have already been traded to other teams.
