SPRINGFIELD – Ruby Mulvaney of Stillman Valley placed third runner up at the 2026 Miss Illinois County Fair Pageant held this past weekend at the Crowne Plaza Convention Center in Springfield. Mulvaney competed against other statewide contestants after earning the 2025 Ogle County Queen title and previously held the 2021 Junior Miss Ogle County title. The 20-year-old Stillman Valley High School graduate is a student at Marquette University studying journalism and political science. The Miss Illinois County Fair Pageant was won by Krista Phillips, the Effingham County Queen.
