SYCAMORE — A two-vehicle crash at Baseline Road and Pleasant Hill Road in DeKalb County on Friday injured one driver. DeKalb County Sheriff’s Deputies say a 45-year-old Rock Falls man allegedly failed to yield at a stop intersection and collided with a vehicle driven by 62-year-old Shabbona man. The Rock Falls driver was transported to Northwestern Medicine Kishwaukee Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, while the Shabbona man was treated at the scene and released. Both vehicles were heavily damaged and towed. The Rock Falls man was cited for failure to yield.
