Rock Falls Man Charged With Burglary After Ogle County Investigation

DIXON — A 44-year-old Rock Falls man is facing felony burglary charges after an investigation into tools missing from a rural Ogle County property in Dixon last year. The Ogle County Sheriff’s Office says in November of 2025, they were called to look into the alleged theft of tools in the 7000 block of West Edgewood Road. On March 13th, Edward Funderberg was charged with burglary, a Class 2 felony. He was issued a summons to appear in court at a later date.
