ROCHELLE – The westbound lane of Lincoln Avenue from North 12th Street to 150 North 15th Street will be closed today for water main repairs. Flaggers will direct traffic, and drivers are encouraged to use alternate routes or allow extra travel time and drive cautiously in the area.
