ROCHELLE — The Rochelle Fire Department will hold an 80’s themed Fireman’s Ball on Saturday from 7 to 11:30 p.m. at the Flight Deck Hangar. The event will include music from DJ Mark Chavat and the band Breakfast Club, a silent auction, 50/50 raffle, costume contest, and classic 80s gaming. Tickets are $10 at the door, and table sponsorships are available.
Rochelle Fire Department Captain Jason Underwood said the funds raised go for great causes.
“Every year we give a $2,500 Kishwaukee College Scholarship to someone graduating RTHS,” Underwood said. “It’s one of the things that we use our fundraisers for. We also support other local nonprofits.”
