OREGON – A 37-year-old man from Oregon was arrested Monday night following a rollover crash on N. Ridge Rd in Ogle County. The Ogle County Sheriff’s Office reports that the man was reportedly traveling southbound when he failed to navigate a curve, causing his vehicle to enter a west ditch, strike a ditch embankment and metal culvert, and become airborne. The vehicle overturned and collided with a fence and telephone pole. The driver was taken to OSF St. Katherine in Dixon for treatment of his injuries and arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol. He was also cited for failure to reduce speed, improper lane usage, and driving without insurance. The 37-year-old was released with a notice to appear.
