CHICAGO - The investigation continues following the deadly shooting of Chicago Police Officer Luis Huesca last month. Police reports say the gun used in the officer's killing was recovered during a raid at a Far South Side home last Friday. A fugitive task force went to a home on South Hale Street, where they spoke with Caschaus Tate. Tate was accused of tossing the gun over a fence before being arrested and charged with unlawful use of a weapon. Tate's relative, Xavier Tate, has been charged with first-degree murder in Huesca's death, but remains on the loose.
