Mendota Health Center Expansion Receives Federal Support

WASHINGTON DC – Representative Lauren Underwood secured $1,015,000 in Community Project Funding to expand the Mendota Health Center in northern Illinois. The project will transform a 10,666-square-foot warehouse at 1201 Main Street into a facility for Community Health Partnership of Illinois, providing medical, dental, and behavioral health services. The expanded center will house 25 employees and serve over 6,000 residents, improving access to primary care for farmers, families, and rural communities in the Illinois Valley.
