ROCKFORD — A man wanted for the murder of his ex-wife and her husband in Ohio is in custody after he was arrested in Rockford. Michael McKee was arrested in Rockford on Saturday. The 39-year-old is accused of shooting and killing Spencer and Monique Tepe on December 30th in their home in Columbus Ohio. McKee was booked into the Winnebago County Jail.
