Illinois snapped a 2-game losing streak on Sunday with a 71-51 win over Indiana in Champaign.
David Mirkovic led the Illini with 25 points and 7 rebounds. Freshman Keaton Wagler also had 18.
Second -leading scorer Kylan Boswell returned after missing 7 games with a broken right hand. He played 33 minutes with a heavily taped and padded hand. He scored 9 points and had 7 rebounds.
Illinois is now (21-5) for the season and (12-3) in the Big 10.
Lamar Wilkerson had 21 points for Indiana who dropped to (17-9) for the season.
The Illini play at USC on Wednesday.
