CHICAGO — Attorney General Kwame Raoul and 48 states reached a $17.85 million settlement last week with Lannett and Bausch Health over alleged conspiracies to inflate prices and limit competition on generic drugs. The companies will cooperate in ongoing multistate litigation and implement reforms. Raoul also joined 41 states in suing Novartis and Sandoz for similar price-fixing actions involving 31 generic drugs.
