Illinois Dairy Summit to Focus on Sustainability and Technology

BLOOMINGTON — The Illinois Milk Producers Association and University of Illinois Extension will host the 2026 Illinois Dairy Summit on Feb. 4 at Highland Community College in Freeport to highlight sustainability, technology, and field crop disease management. The summit will include updates from the Illinois Department of Public Health on regulatory issues and feature speakers from the University of Illinois and University of Wisconsin. Attendance is free, but registration is required and preferred by Jan. 20.
