SPRINGFIELD – The Illinois Department of Agriculture says it is relaunching the Infield Conservation for Operationalizing Vital Ecosystem Resilience program to promote the early establishment of cover crops using new techniques. IDOA paused I-COVER last summer, claiming uncertainty over the $7 million federal grant to launch the program.
