West winds of 30 to 35 miles per hour are expected with gusts up to 60 miles per hour. Officials warn the strong winds could bring down tree limbs and power lines and may lead to power outages. Travel could be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. Residents are advised to use caution, avoid windows during strong winds, and watch for falling debris and tree limbs.
