Helm Construction Begins Alley Work in Downtown Rochelle

ROCHELLE – Helm Construction will begin work this week in the alley between 4th and 5th Avenues near the downtown Rochelle parking lots and future stage area. The alley will be closed for approximately two weeks with no access to rear entrances of buildings in the 400 block of Lincoln Highway. The alley will be fenced during the project, but parking lots 1 and 2 will remain open.
