MACHESNEY PARK – A former Harlem School District employee is accused of sexually abusing a four-year-old girl on a bus. Mitchael McCracken is charged with aggravated criminal sexual abuse of someone younger than 17 years old and being in a position of trust. Court documents say the victim told her mother that bus assistant McCracken touched her inappropriately on the bus ride home. The girl’s mother reported the incident to the district the next day.
