ROCHELLE – Culvert replacements will close a road in Rochelle beginning today. Construction will close Creston Road between Caron and Dement Roads through Friday. Traffic will be detoured along Illinois Route 38 to Caron Road and Dement Road. The construction is part of the stormwater maintenance program.
