ROCHELLE — Another round of severe weather could hit northern Illinois today. The National Weather Service says storms will be seen across the area that could produce damaging winds of up to 80 miles per hour. Individual supercells will have the capability to produce very large hail and strong tornadoes especially during the afternoon. Storms on Wednesday knocked out power for thousands across Illinois.
