Summer Block Party Returns June 6 in Dixon

DIXON- Discover Dixon will host its Summer Block Party on June 6th from 9 a.m. to noon at Plaza North Shopping Center in Dixon with free admission and family activities including games, a petting zoo, costumed characters, music, temporary tattoos and tours of emergency vehicles. Organizers said the event is designed as a morning of community fun for kids and families. The event is presented by The First National Bank in Amboy Dixon along with Sauk Valley Bank and Raynor Garage Doors as season sponsors.
