Quad Cities International Airport Gets $3.3M In Federal Funding

MOLINE —  The Quad Cities International Airport is getting three-point-three-million dollars in federal funding.  The money will help the airport complete phase two of Project GATEWAY, an ongoing terminal modernization project.  The phase will include expanded restrooms, a reconfigured gift shop and restaurant area, and new seating areas.  A new 14-thousand-square-foot building was added to the back side of the terminal last year, as part of the first phase.
