SOMONAUK — An Aurora man was injured Saturday afternoon in a motorcycle crash west of Somonauk. The DeKalb County Sheriff’s Office says Deputies were notified about the crash around 1 p.m. to Suydam Road west of Somonauk Road. Investigators said the 50-year-old lost control of his motorcycle for unknown reasons and went into a ditch. He was taken to Northwestern Medicine Valley West Hospital with minor injuries.
