CHICAGO – Governor JB Pritzker is expected to announce a run for a third term tomorrow. Several reports say he will make the in-person announcement at events in Chicago and Springfield. Pritzker is the first incumbent governor to seek a third term as chief executive since the late former Republican Governor James Thompson, who served four terms.
