OREGON – The Ogle County Board voted 4-17 on Tuesday to reject a special use permit for DG Mount West, LLC to build a 2-megawatt community solar facility on 17.5 acres of farmland near Mt. Morris. The proposed project, located at 8400 W. Haldane Road, was previously approved by the Ogle County Zoning Board of Appeals and the Planning and Zoning Committee.
