Sports Physicals Offered June 25th for Student Athletes in Rochelle

ROCHELLE – Sports physicals will be offered June 25th from 1 to 5 p.m. at The REC Center multipurpose room, 802 Jones Road in Rochelle, for high school, middle school and Rochelle Junior Tackle student athletes. Sponsored by Family Healthcare Clinic, XCEL Orthopedics at Rochelle Community Hospital and the Flagg Rochelle Community Park District, the cost is $35 by cash or check only, with no insurance accepted. Parent or guardian attendance is required for consent and medical history, and appointments can be scheduled by calling 815-562-2181, extension 0. College athletes must contact their primary care provider for physicals. All proceeds will be donated to the schools or organizations represented.
