Fire Destroys Multiple Barns in Kingston, No Injuries Reported

KINGSTON – Multiple fire departments responded late Monday night after a blaze destroyed several barns at a rural property on Glidden Road in Kingston. DeKalb County Sheriff’s deputies arrived at the scene around midnight and found multiple farm structures fully engulfed in flames. Crews from more than 20 surrounding departments assisted in putting out the fire. Officials believe the fire may have started from a burn pile, but the cause remains under investigation. No injuries were reported.
