OREGON – The Oregon Park District is adding new benches to Park East this summer as part of ongoing park improvements, and residents can participate by dedicating a bench for $1,500. The benches, which will be placed near the playground and along the walking path, offer a lasting tribute in memory of a loved one or to honor a special person or occasion. Each dedication includes a custom plaque. Limited availability means interested individuals are encouraged to reserve a bench soon.
