ROCHELLE – Rochelle Community Hospital will hold a retirement celebration Sept. 30 for CEO Karen Tracy, who will retire Oct. 1 after 34 years with the hospital. The celebration will be held from 3 to 4:30 p.m. in Café 900 at the hospital, 900 N. Second St., with refreshments provided. Tracy began her career at the hospital as a registered nurse in obstetrics before serving in several management and administrative roles. She became vice president of administration in 2013, chief operating officer in 2019 and CEO in 2023.
