Rochelle Council Approves Creston Sewer Maintenance Cost Increase

ROCHELLE – The Rochelle City Council approved an amended sewer maintenance agreement with the Village of Creston, increasing labor and vehicle costs for maintaining Creston’s two lift stations. The agreement dates to 1995 and was last amended in 2019. Rochelle treated about 22 million gallons of Creston wastewater over the past year and billed the village about $93,000.
