Flagg-Rochelle Park Board Pursues Grant for Tilton Memorial Park Upgrades

ROCHELLE — The Flagg-Rochelle Community Park District Board on Monday approved seeking an OSLAD grant to support improvements at Tilton Memorial Park. The plan calls for new batting cages, playground equipment, fitness stations, turf and field surfaces, lighting, concession upgrades, and parking lot paving. The grant offers a 50-50 match of up to $1 million, with a decision from the state expected in spring 2026.
