Friday was the first day of Chicago Bears practice being open to the public at Halas Hall in north suburban Lake Forest.
Wide receiver Rome Odunze told the media that he wants to be the team’s primary receiver and he has some other lofty goals for the upcoming season.
He hopes to achieve one thousand receiving yards, 100 catches and double-digit touchdowns. Last season, Odunze finished the season with 44 receptions for 661 yards, and six touchdowns.
The Bears’ first preseason game is August 15 against the Cleveland Browns at Soldier Field.
