CHICAGO — A Delta Air Lines jet is under investigation after it was reportedly hit by a firework while arriving at Chicago’s Midway International Airport. Officials say a pilot reportedly “felt a big bang” underneath the plane last night. The plane was 200 feet above the ground during the incident and landed safely. The flight was coming in from Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport in Atlanta at the time. No injuries were reported.
