CHICAGO - A new report reveals what daily commuters already know: Chicago traffic is among the worst in the country. The mobility analytics company Inrix reports that Chicago drivers lost 102 hours to congestion last year, tying the Windy City with New York City. The national average is just 43 hours. The time to make a trip into downtown Chicago from the suburbs increased by 13 percent.
