Authorities ID Woman Hit And Killed By Vehicle In Rockford

ROCKFORD -  Authorities have identified the woman who was hit and killed by a vehicle in Rockford.  Tyra Traylor was hit Tuesday night at East State Street and Perryville Road.  She was pronounced dead at the scene.  The driver of the vehicle remained at the scene of the crash.
